Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Possess the ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or local governmental / municipality regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from the management, suppliers, members, and employees and interact
