Job Description
As a Systems Engineer II, design, build, and maintain a secure, scalable Mac ecosystem for Akamai’s global workforce. Deploy and manage a critical service connecting thousands of endpoints. Analyze, research, and resolve complex technical issues focused on MacOS. Create and update technical and procedural documentation. Collaborate with engineers on testing, implementation, problem resolution, and liaise with the Solution Center.
