Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you and the Revenue Operations team are responsible for ensuring that invoices are processed on time and that our customers are invoiced promptly, to the satisfaction of both carriers and customers. You also contribute to and take the lead in making these processes even more efficient and effective.

You help Shipcloud take the next step in elevating invoicing to a higher level by ensuring systems and processes integrate seamlessly.

• Entering, checking, and monitoring purchase and sales prices in specially developed tools and dashboards
• Processing invoices in the invoice tool in a timely manner
• Contributing ideas and initiating improvements for these tools
• Owning and managing improvement projects
• Preparing accurate and complete invoicing reports for customers on time
• Translating data into weekly and monthly overviews for management
• Acting as backup for the Team Lead Revenue Operations
• Answering questions from customers, carriers, and colleagues regarding invoicing
• Working on continuous improvements related to all invoicing activities

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level (higher professional education)
• Work experience in an administrative role and/or education in (Business) Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English at business level; German is a plus
• Excellent command of the MS Office package, especially Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
• Structured and accurate working style
• Eager to learn and proactive attitude
• Enjoys working in a close-knit team, while also being able to work independently

• You contribute to optimizing invoicing processes, directly improving efficiency for all parties involved.
• You play a key role in further improving the system in which all invoices, purchase prices, and sales prices are processed. You ensure that the system aligns with the processes and vice versa. This results in higher customer satisfaction and optimal validity and reliability of results.
• You translate your insights into further improvement initiatives, helping take the department to the next level.
