Job Description
At AAK Colombia, we are looking for a Commercial Manager – Traditional Channel to lead the commercial strategy for the traditional trade channel, drive profitable growth, and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and strategic partners. This role is responsible for defining sales, coverage, and expansion objectives aligned with the company’s commercial strategy. The position will design and implement action plans to increase market share, manage commercial agreements, support pricing and promotional strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets. The Commercial Manager – Traditional Channel will also monitor key business indicators such as sales, margin, coverage, penetration, inventory rotation, and distributor performance to support timely decision-making and continuous improvement. This role will lead and develop the commercial team, ensuring strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with AAK Colombia’s business objectives. The position works closely with Supply Chain, Sourcing Trading, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and General Management to ensure business continuity, service commitment, and sustainable growth.
