What you’ll do

Prepare billing; balancing; create accrual reports

Prepare payroll, including collecting and reviewing dailies, timesheets and entering time into timekeeping system

Input data into front end systems
-
Prepare summary of calls related to field construction work
-
Inventory reconcilliation
-
Answer phones
-
Create and maintain database of calls, claims and details related to work performed
-
Audit status of calls and concerns from callers
-
Work with field and office staff to resolve issues related to calls, concerns and/or complaints received
-
Filing as necessary; set up and maintain files
-
Other duties as assigned
