TITLE IV-A EDUCATION PROGRAM SPECIALIST

• This position will engage in compliance, programmatic monitoring, and professional development activities for grants assigned to the Elementary and Secondary Act (ESEA) Consolidated application, specifically with Title IV Part A, to provide access to a high-quality education for all students. • This position will collaborate with a Title IV-A interdisciplinary team and work to educate and support internal and external stakeholders regarding the successful implementation and evaluation of Title IV-A.
• Additionally, this position will support the implementation and evaluation of Title IV Part A programs as required in the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), to provide all students with access to a well-rounded education, improve school conditions for student learning, and improve the use of technology to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students. • Occasional in-state and rare out-of-state travel is required for this position.

The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
