Reconstruction Project Manager
Location: Scranton, PA (Serving the Scranton Market)

Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of reconstruction projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Subcontractor Management: Identify, vet, hire, and manage qualified subcontractors and tradespeople, clearly establishing timelines and quality expectations.

Scope & Budgeting: Review and verify project scopes of work, manage production expenses (materials, labor, equipment), and ensure accurate project tracking.

Customer & Client Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, guiding them through the rebuilding process with empathy and clear communication.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper building permits are acquired and maintain meticulous job file documentation to support billing and insurance requirements.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience in Reconstruction Project Management.

Sector Expertise: Strong background in Residential Construction/Reconstruction is highly preferred.

Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within the Insurance Restoration Industry (and familiarity with insurance carrier guidelines) is a huge plus!

Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, strong negotiation skills, and a self-motivated mindset.

Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, and be able to pass a standard background check.
