Hardware Installer - 2nd Shift

Hardware Installer  Location: American Products, Strafford MOSchedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 1:30 AMPay: $17/hour + $2/hr Shift Differential Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Installer to assemble and install hardware components on metal enclosures. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience who can follow blueprints and ensure high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Install hardware components such as hinges, handles, latches, and brackets on sheet metal products Follow blueprints, work orders, and instructions for accurate assembly Inspect installations to ensure quality standards and proper fit Use measuring tools to verify alignment and placement Troubleshoot and correct installation issues as needed Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Skills High attention to detail and quality Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional, reliable work ethic Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs  Perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching Use hands repetitively for tools and assembly work Must wear steel toe boots and safety glasses Additional Details No travel required Opportunity to grow within manufacturing operations Apply now to start your career as a Hardware Installer in a stable, team-focused environment.
