What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Creation of application programs that reside on remote servers and are delivered to the user s device over the Internet. Ability to develop web based applications using modern web technologies such as: set up and use databases, server side application that can respond to HTTP requests, or client side application which offers users an experience in client side web browsers.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Author – AEM to manage, create, and publish digital content across enterprise websites. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a solid understanding of website best practices, and the ability to translate stakeholder briefs into well-structured, high-quality web pages using the right templates and components. This role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders, editors, and marketing teams. Create, update, and publish web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based on stakeholder/editor briefing documents. Apply appropriate AEM templates, components, and modules to meet marketing and business objectives. Upload, manage, and publish content and digital assets in AEM. Ensure adherence to website best practices, usability standards, and brand guidelines. Manage and maintain content using Content Management Systems (CMS). Collaborate with global teams across time zones to deliver high-quality outputs. Review content for accuracy, structure, formatting, and completeness before publishing. Suggest optimal use of AEM templates and modules based on platform capabilities. Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong understanding of website best practices • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Good working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) • Ability to build complete web pages using predefined components and modules • Good understanding of HTML and CSS • Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured briefs • Professional, confident, and enthusiastic attitude with flexibility in work timings Good to Have (Added Advantage) • Experience with other CMS platforms such as Webflow and WordPress • Exposure to Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems • Understanding of marketing-driven digital content and campaign pages Soft Skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • High ownership and accountability
