ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pizza Cook, you will work closely with the Back of House (BOH) team to prepare high-quality menu items in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to core menu production, you will play a key role in supporting our Wine and Cheese marketplace by maintaining accurate inventory, communicating order needs to management, and preparing specialty goods and custom orders, such as charcuterie boards.
This role requires a willingness to learn, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate has a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive during busy service periods. Ultimately, you will help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare menu items according to company recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
Maintain inventory levels and clearly communicate order needs for marketplace ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Prepare and package ready-to-eat goods for the Wine and Cheese marketplace.
Execute special requests, including assembling high-quality charcuterie boards and similar specialty items.
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
Accurately read, measure, and execute recipes.
Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all food prepared.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with managers and team members to coordinate service.
Assist team members with food preparation and cooking as needed.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Previous culinary or kitchen experience.
- Passion for cooking and strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler Certification (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary school education or accredited culinary training.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and work in tight spaces.
- Maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for food preparation.
- Work safely and effectively in a hot kitchen environment near ovens and stoves.
- Read recipes and visually monitor food quality and presentation.
- Communicate clearly with managers and team members.
- Maintain stamina during long and high-volume shifts.

SCHEDULE
