Technical Services Support Specialist

This role is open to candidates across the UK. The ability to attend the Stapeley office is beneficial. The Technical Services Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced data analysis, technical expertise, and strategic support to long term partner customers & operations. This role works alongside the Technical Services Team and partners with strategic account managers, commercial teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that align with business objectives, improve herd performance, and create long-term value for both the customer and the company. This role is also responsible for supporting the commercial team in the use of data concepts, tools and customer data validation.
