Audit Quality & Risk (Senior) Manager

We are looking for an Audit Quality & Risk (Senior) Manager to join our professional practice team.

You will work closely with audit teams across industries to maintain high audit quality, manage risks, and ensure consistent application of standards and regulations.

This role offers strong visibility, technical exposure, and involvement in strategic quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Quality & Technical Support

• Provide guidance on audit methodology and technical matters.
• Interpret and apply ISAs, IFRS, Lux GAAP, and Luxembourg regulations.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical guidance.
• Support innovation and tools to enhance audit quality

Consultations & Engagement Support

• Respond to technical queries and formal consultations.
• Advise audit teams on complex matters.

Quality Reviews & Monitoring

• Perform or coordinate internal reviews.
• Support internal and external quality inspections.

Independence & Risk Management

• Run independence controls and identify risk issues.
• Escalate concerns and support the risk framework.

Remediation & Continuous Improvement

• Help fix audit deficiencies and perform root cause analyses.
• Improve processes, tools, and templates.

Training & Coaching

• Deliver training and share technical knowledge.
• Support development of audit teams’ judgment and skills.

Your Profile

• Strong audit background with knowledge of ISAs, ISQM 1, and Luxembourg regulations
• Analytical, structured, and sound professional judgment
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Experience interacting with regulators
• Qualified as /or training to become a Luxembourg réviseur d’entreprises (or equivalent)
