Job Description
- You'll develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
- You'll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios.
- You'll monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure compliance with all project and corporate financial objectives.
- You'll identify cost variances, potential risks, and savings opportunities, proposing corrective actions as required.
- You'll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders.
- You'll conduct variance analysis, cash flow tracking, and earned value performance reporting.
- You'll partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control.
- You'll act as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- You'll lead and mentor cost control team members, fostering professional development and accountability.
- You'll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
