Director of Store Acquisitions

Yesway is seeking a Director of Store Acquisitions to join our team. Reporting to the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, this role will lead the sourcing and acquisition of individually owned and operated convenience stores and fuel assets located within or adjacent to Yesway’s existing portfolio footprint that meet our established acquisition criteria. This position is almost entirely focused on originating deal flow, building relationships with brokers and owners, identifying acquisition opportunities, and converting those opportunities into closed transactions. A key priority of this role is proactively sourcing single-store and small multi-site opportunities from independent operators that align with Yesway’s strategic growth markets.
