JLL - Americas Nexus Regional Insights & Enablement Lead
As we transform into Nexus to lead our industry and drive Accelerate 2030 imperatives, the Regional Insights & Enablement Lead is a pivotal role. This position will be accountable for delivering world-class business intelligence, governance standards, and strategic support that protects and grows client relationships across the region. The role sits within the Nexus function, which serves as Work Dynamics' intelligence engine and governance backbone—driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and transformational client relationships.
Location/work schedule: M-F 8-5 CT, Hybrid @ JLL corporate office (preferred) or remote in US Central Time (CT)
The Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Influence
- Lead with an Accelerate 2030 mindset, proactively identifying where Nexus can expand influence, close capability gaps, and build lasting organizational strength across the AMER portfolio.
- Shape regional strategy in partnership with Division Presidents and Managing Directors, translating Nexus imperatives into actionable account-level plans with measurable outcomes.
- Serve as a visible change agent and ambassador for Nexus, building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and ensuring the Nexus value proposition is understood and embraced across the organization.
- Collaborate across various functions, business lines, and account management leadership to identify and accelerate growth opportunities, while equally focused on improving client relationships
Business Intelligence Insights & Reporting
- Own regular reporting cadence focused on areas such as renewal reporting, share of wallet analysis, and organic growth opportunities
- Key contributor to quarterly executive reporting on high-visible themes such as Top 30 client performance and frequent Renewal updates
- Provide growth plan progress updates and commercial market intelligence updates
- Generate NPS insights and action plan updates to improve client satisfaction and reduce renewal risk
Key Project Management
- Oversee and challenge Account Business Plan process for respective divisions
- Lead Client Voice involvement, inclusive of identifying enrollees, measuring progress, curating reports and insights, and delivering action items for non-promoters
- Champion and lead Accelerate 2030 initiatives; act as conduit between Global Strategy and localized execution plan
- Lead visible governance initiatives such as Data Quality and Integrity to Best-in-class Quarterly Business Reviews
Cross-Regional & Nexus Leadership Collaboration
- Serve as a key member of the Nexus regional leadership team, contributing to global Nexus strategy and sharing best practices across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Represent the AMER region in Nexus leadership forums, synthesizing regional intelligence into global insights and ensuring regional priorities are reflected in Nexus-wide programs.
- Partner with the Head of Nexus and peer regional leads to ensure consistency in governance frameworks, reporting standards, and enablement programming across regions.
- Contribute to Nexus-wide initiatives such as the APEX training program, BI automation roadmap, and L&D strategy, acting as regional champion and implementation lead for these programs in AMER.
Account Management and Cross-Organizational Stewardship
- Governance in key business intelligence routines such as organic growth opportunities, white space pipelines, renewals and quarterly business reviews
- Lead Account Director onboarding through strategic interactions and AI-enabled learnings
- Facilitate regional monthly AD calls ensuring relevant content and communications
- Ad-hoc support in support of client and leadership escalations and requests
- Partner with Finance on growth objectives, opportunities, and data quality
- Collaborate with Marketing on Client NPS and action plans through regular touchpoints
- Work with HR on L&D initiatives and contribute to succession planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree business, analytics, finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in complex problem-solving, project execution, and working closely with executive leadership.
- Deep business acumen and understanding of operational, financial, and market dynamics within a large, matrixed organization
- Exceptional communication skills across all mediums and audiences, with the ability to command respect and drive consensus in high-level meetings
- Strong client focus with ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong cultural alignment: unwavering ethical standards, drives excellence, and innately collaborative
- Advanced analytical skills, transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategy and execution
- Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset, with the ability to translate business challenges into effective solutions
- Outstanding project management capabilities, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing change
- Strong degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to establish trust and build relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or comparable advanced degree that provides the strategic leadership framework needed for this senior role
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo, drive change, and think "outside the box"
- Proven ability to build productive relationships with executive stakeholders, demonstrating professional presence and executive gravitas
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing decision-making processes
- Experience in client account planning, account management and data governance

Estimated compensation for this position:
133,100.00 – 235,600.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
