Job Description

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence across Indonesia. This role offers the opportunity to drive regional sales performance, build trusted partnerships, and help shape the future of our SEA business.

Reporting to senior regional leadership, you will be the primary commercial lead for Indonesia, responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering new revenue streams, nurturing long-term relationships, and executing growth strategies that align with company vision and performance targets.

This role is ideal for a high-impact sales professional who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments and is ready to contribute to long-term profitability and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead the commercial development of Indonesia, in line with strategic business goals
-Identify new product, customer, and channel opportunities to generate profitable growth
-Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and execute end-to-end sales activities
-Develop and implement sales, marketing, and value proposition strategies
-Leverage VOC (Voice of Customer) insights to inform positioning, solution design, and commercial decision-making
-Manage pricing structures, product mix, and customer service standards across the territory
-Lead and support contract negotiations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
-Ensure marketing costs, sales overheads, and operating budgets are effectively managed
-Build cross-functional alignment with product, operations, marketing, and legal teams
-Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture in line with our global standards
-Support continuous improvement of sales processes and funnel performance
-Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and customer forums as required

 

What We’re Looking For
-A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial/industrial B2B sales
-Demonstrated success in key account management, channel development, or business development
-Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities
-Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
-Ability to operate effectively in manual, complex, or high-growth environments
-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal communication)
-Regional travel flexibility as required
