Why This Role Matters
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the sales teamās product knowledge, negotiation skills, and overall performance. This role requires a mix of training expertise, sales experience, and motivational leadership to inspire a culture of learning and achievement within the team.

What Youāll Own
Training Design & Delivery
- Delivers targeted coaching on cold calling techniques and sales outreach best practices.
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires with a focus on prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Develop sales training modules on cold calling techniques, objection handling, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions emphasizing effective outreach and call strategies.
- Use role-plays, call simulations, and interactive exercises to make cold calling training engaging and practical.
Performance & Skill Analysis - Assess training needs through performance data, feedback, and field observation.
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Track post-training performance to measure impact and ROI.
Collaboration & Support - Partner with sales leaders to align training with business goals.
- Support team leads with coaching, mentoring, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to update training content regularly.
Continuous Improvement - Introduce new training methodologies (microlearning, gamified modules, e-learning).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor best practices.
- Conduct refresher sessions and periodic capability assessments

What You Bring
- Bachelorās / Masterās degree in business or related field.
- 5ā10 years of experience in sales training, corporate training, or sales enablement (preferably in B2B/B2C environments).
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
- Energetic, creative, and passionate about coaching and people development.
- Certification in Training / Instructional Design / Sales Coaching.
