Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative AI solutions and make a significant impact on the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales Development Representatives to qualify leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
• Pipeline Management:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Provide regular forecasts and reports to the Head of Sales.
• Market Insights:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to the product team to influence product development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer procurement processes.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
