Clinical Coordinator

Harbor is looking for a Clinical Coordinator who works in a highly collaborative manner with Physician Led Patient Centered team staff to ensure overall team success in patient centered service provision. Provides treatment services for individuals with behavioral health disorders based on assessment and treatment planning. Position is full-time.
