Job Description

Job Overview The Executive Housekeeper is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operation of the housekeeping department within the hotel. The primary goal is to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction with the accommodation facilities. What You'll Be Doing

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. Create department schedules and assign duties to housekeeping personnel daily. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff. Implement and update training programs to improve efficiency and performance
