Global EHS Manager (m/f/d)

Global EHS Strategy: You are responsible for advancing a unified global EHS strategy aligned with company goals, benchmarking against industry standards and best practices, defining global standards while ensuring flexibility for local adaptation. Health Safety Management: You will develop workplace health policies and initiatives, monitor and mitigate hazards. Environmental Compliance: You ensure regulatory adherence to local, national, and international environmental laws, as well as tracking of emission and reduction efforts (air, water, waste). Risk Management: You evaluate and perform risk assessments to identify hazards and potential risks, develop risk mitigation and emergency response plans, as well as continuous improvement processes for safer work environments. Data Analysis and Reporting: You collect and analyze EHS data for trends and improvement, ensure global reporting on incidents, near misses, and safety metrics, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, including sustainability metrics. Compliance and Auditing: You perform regular audits for legal and policy compliance across regions, monitor local EHS policies, and manage external regulatory inspections. Training Awareness: You develop and roll out EHS training programs for all employees, drive awareness campaigns, and provide leadership training to promote a proactive EHS culture.
