Supervise all divisional education administrators within the department, providing leadership and support to ensure effective coordination and cross-training among staff. Assist in managing the daily operations of the office, overseeing activities related to both medical student and resident education programs.Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and three (3) years of administrative support experience.

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with students, faculty, and external partners; excels in organization and problem-solving to manage complex placement logistics; maintains a high level of attention to detail in handling compliance and documentation; and effectively prioritizes tasks and manages time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program administration, including supervision of divisional education administrators and coordination of workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the student clerkship director and faculty to manage M3 and M4 student activities such as clinical rotations, orientation for new surgery service students, lectures, grading, and exams.
- Partner with residency program directors and divisional faculty to coordinate lectureships, resident interviews, testing, surgical case tracking to ensure residents meet case requirements, and preparation of on-call schedules.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation is maintained to comply with Graduate Medical Education office, Residency Review Committee (RRC), and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements.
