Associate General Counsel

TAMKO is seeking an Associate General Counsel at its corporate headquarters in Galena, Kansas. The Associate General Counsel, in consultation with management, provides guidance, direction, and assistance on a wide variety of legal matters and issues, including in the areas of marketing & advertising law; intellectual property; privacy; information technology and systems; contract review, drafting and negotiation of corporate transactions and litigation/claim management.
