• Participating in UI reviews and quality checks to ensure that implemented interfaces meet design, usability, accessibility, consistency, and stakeholder expectations.
• Applying design thinking methods to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, prototype solutions, test concepts, and improve outcomes.
• Using AI-enabled design and productivity tools responsibly to support ideation, workflow mapping, design exploration, content structuring, prototype acceleration, accessibility review, and repetitive task automation while maintaining human design judgment and quality control.
• Supporting MSC’s digital enablement and innovation initiatives by contributing design thinking, UI/UX guidance, interface concepts, and user-centered recommendations for AI agents, automation tools, dashboards, and internal platforms.
