Job Description
Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will identify sales opportunities, formulate sales strategy and develop total solutions proposal. He/She will identify critical success factors and obstacles for a potential deal.
- Provides competitive and other strategic information to close the sales not limited to market pricing, competitor information and market environment information.
- Client communication and/or management as required to help influence the client to favorably view our tender/proposal.
- Prepare, propose and monitor sales plan, sales targets, define sales strategies and initiatives against given KPI/Sales targets.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external parties such as business partners to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
- Plan and strategize to ensure healthy pipeline and profits.
- Develop and maintain client satisfaction and continuous client relationship building.
- Supervise and guide on tasks as well as share and advise on problem solving solutions together with the implementation teams.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Enterprise software Applications. Possesses more than 5 years of experiences in Services selling and business development of IT Services/ Solutions especially ERP, CRM, Turnkey Application in medium and large scale project (with proven sales track records)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the tender submission process and proven track record in the Public sectors.
- Preferably the candidate have strong exposure to software programming/technical background
- Highly self motivated, performance-oriented and resourceful individual
- Excellent communication , presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong confidence, independent, systematic problem analysis skills, and creative problem solving skills
- Able to grasp complex technical service/business requirements and to deliver proposals under timeline constraint and pressure
Proven at both technical sales and business case justification approach
