Director Clinical Practice

This position will serve as a key resource to Executive Leadership. Responsible for, and in collaboration with Cooper University Health Care leadership, the clinical competency and quality of care provided by physicians, non-physician clinicians including independent providers (APPs), nursing staff and medical assistants in clinical practice in the ambulatory and acute care settings.  Both directly and in collaboration with other service line leadership will ensure Institutes provide seamless, efficient and cost effective delivery of the highest quality of care across the care continuum by developing tools to improve the quality of patient care and serving as an agent of change.
