Senior Workday Consultant
We are seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Workday consultant at Marsh, you will work alongside experienced delivery leaders and functional/technical specialists to support clients across the full Workday product suite. This is a high-growth, client-facing role with deep exposure to ongoing system management.
We will count on you to:
- Respond to client configuration requests, and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domain
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality manner
- Perform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environments
- Document solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support clients
- Support project delivery tasks such as testing, data validation, and change management activities
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accounts
What you need to have:
- 4+ years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a client service mindset
- Basic understanding of enterprise software solutions.
- Advanced Level of English is a Must

- Prior internship or academic project experience with an ERP or HRIS platform (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITSM concepts or ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
