Job Description:
Maintain Plant Formulation and QC specification in Fusion/JDE/LIMS according to Customer requirements, Enterprise Standard and Technology team’s guidance and engage in PCC/C4C/NPI projects.
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of QC experience in manufacturing plant.
3. Good PC skills for Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
4. Good organizing, problem solving and coaching skills.
5. Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.
6. Familiar with China Industry Standards or regulations.
7. Familiar with Lubricant product knowledge.
8. Familiar with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
9. Act as risk owner to manage risks and implement risk reduction measures in my area of
responsibility.
10. Demonstrate personal responsibility for the safety and well-being of everyone around me.
11. One team spirit, support those I work with and help to build the effectiveness of my team to achieve
the best results.
12. Sharing of knowledge and continuous improvement
You will work with
1. Work with Plant Departments to ensure the safety daily operation, the implement of safety and quality requirement in every stage of plant activity.
2. Work with GSC QC, TSE and Sales team to provide formulation optimization, technical support and customer complaint investigation in the whole life cycle of products.
3. Work with Technology / NPI / Planning / C4C / IMT team to ensure formulations launch meet compliance requirements and agile way of working.
4. Work with local government authorities to ensure enterprise standard complies with regulation.
