- Run high-quality discovery calls tailored to diverse regional business practices and customer expectations
- Lead negotiations and close deals with senior stakeholders (Founders, Directors, VPs, and C-level executives) across multiple geographies
- Build and manage a strong global pipeline with accurate forecasting and regional segmentation
- Adapt outreach and engagement strategies across different time zones and cultural contexts

- Proven B2B full-cycle sales experience in international or multi-region markets
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets across global customer segments
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural buying behaviour, varied sales cycles, and regional nuances
- Experience working across multiple time zones and managing global stakeholder expectations
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or high-growth tech environments (preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience handling multi-currency contracts (USD, AED, SGD, etc.)
- Highly disciplined with CRM management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
- Confident communicator with the ability to adapt messaging across different cultural and business contexts
