Job Description
The Quick Reaction Force Lead serves as a flexible field operations resource supporting Dragonfly Health’s Direct Service network during acquisition integrations, site transitions, operational stabilization efforts, and periods of temporary business need. This role travels extensively to assigned locations and provides hands-on support across daily site operations, including route support, equipment handling, repair coordination, training, and temporary operational leadership as needed to maintain service continuity, improve execution, and support successful long-term site performance.
