HeadPinz Fort Myers is looking for a dependable, high-energy Closer to lead nightly operations, uphold our guest service standards, and ensure our facility is closed safely and securely each night. Closers support the management team by guiding staff through end-of-day procedures, maintaining a safe environment, and protecting our building, guests, and team members.
What You’ll Do
Oversee nightly operations across bowling, arcade, attractions, and food & beverage
Serve as the on-duty support leader during evening hours
Ensure exceptional guest service while responding to guest needs or escalations
Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety procedures across all departments
Ensure all attractions, lanes, and equipment are shut down safely and correctly
Complete nightly closing checklists and secure all areas of the facility
Perform register close-outs, verify cash handling, and finalize end-of-day paperwork when assigned
Assist staff with lane resets, spills, high-volume traffic, and controlling guest flow
Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safe working conditions throughout the building
Document and communicate any incidents, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant environment preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsible, trustworthy, and confident in executing closing and safety procedures
Calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Able to identify safety hazards and take quick action to correct them
Night, weekend, and holiday availability required
Must be 18+ and comfortable with cash handling responsibilities
