Description of the role:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of automotive products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Negotiate pricing and finalize the sale of vehicles
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation ability
- High level of professionalism
- Valid driver's license
