Estimator - Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota Collision Center
Job Description
Body Shop Estimator needed to join our elite collision center at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of new car dealerships in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
We offer great income potential and a professional work environment in a busy collision center. Shop is Manufacturer Certified for several brands as well as I-Car Gold Class Certified. Quality work and the highest levels of customer service are required for this position.
Estimator Duties
- Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner.
- Thoroughly evaluate damage to vehicles for estimate
- Write up accurate estimates on vehicle damage
- Work with outside insurance adjustors, manufacturers, parts companies, etc. to approve needed work.
- Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated, getting additional approvals as needed, etc.
Estimator Requirements
- Must be career-minded & have great customer service skills.
- I-Car and/or ASE Certifications preferred.
- Experience with Pathways Estimating System, Reynolds & Reynolds and Pro-Shop Repair experience a plus.
- Successful candidate must have a good background, driving record, & valid Driver's License
