We’re looking for a Recruiter, Stores who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll support both existing stores and new store openings, partnering with Store Leaders across the business. When a store is struggling with candidate flow, you step in, diagnose the gap, and build the strategy to fix it. When a new store is on the horizon, you own the hiring plan end to end. For Store Leader roles, you run full-cycle recruiting from start to finish. ---
Your Day Consists Of
· Support existing stores across your division in a decentralized model. When Store Leaders need recruiting help, they come to you. You assess the situation, identify what’s driving the gap, and build a sourcing strategy to get candidate flow back on track.
· Own full-cycle recruiting for Store Leader roles end to end, from sourcing and screening to offer, so store leaders can stay focused on running the business.
· Lead new store opening hiring from kickoff to open. Identify the hiring center, build the timeline, and partner with Store and District leaders to track progress and hit headcount goals on schedule.
· Use market data, hiring trends, and local demographics to build targeted sourcing strategies for each market.
· Build and maintain proactive pipelines for high-volume and recurring store roles so teams are never starting from zero.
· Deliver a great candidate experience at every touchpoint, with transparency, responsiveness, and care.
· Actively look for ways to use AI and automation to work smarter, reduce manual lift, and improve how we recruit at scale. Bring ideas, test them, and help build a better process.
You’ll be Successful With
· 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in multi-unit retail or a high-volume, fast-paced environment
· Curiosity and comfort with AI tools, with a drive to find better, faster ways to source, screen, and engage candidates
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
· Strong sourcing skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve candidate flow problems
· Familiarity with recruitment marketing or employer branding strategies
· Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stores or locations without losing momentum
· Strong communicator who builds trust with store leaders and keeps stakeholders informed and on track
· Proficiency with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms
· On-site 4 days per week at Stores Support Center (home office)
WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT)
- This position is salaried, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week
- Occasional travel required including air and car travel
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
