Job Description

  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers
  • Conduct cold outreach and initiate new business conversations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Build trust based relationships with mid and long term perspective
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable with cold calls and outbound engagement
  • Motivated by relationship building, not short term transactions
  • Basic technical understanding or strong interest in technology
  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales environments
  • Resilient and comfortable operating in dynamic environments
  • Fluent English
