  About the Job   The Global Learning & Development Specialist acts as the bridge between internal business needs and high-quality educational output. This individual is a full-stack L&D professional: part instructional designer, and part project manager, utilizing an AI-first workflow to scale impact across time zones. The primary objective of this role is to identify, design, and deliver scalable learning solutions that drive global business performance while maintaining operational excellence through AI integration.   As Global Learning & Development Specialist, You Will… Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients. You will interview the need, determine if training is the solution, and manage expectations through the production funnel.  Create high-engagement digital assets, e-learning, blended learning, virtual instructor-led training, micro and social learning modules (or any other option needed).  Leverage AI productivity suites to automate administrative tasks, summarize global feedback, and accelerate content development cycles.  Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and regional L&D managers globally, ensuring cultural nuances are embedded in all content.  Maintain real-time visibility on project health, flagging risks to the Global L&D Manager before they impact delivery timelines. Expertly use design tools and brand standards to create accessible, high-fidelity digital assets that maximize learner engagement and reduce cognitive load.  Navigate the full ADDIE lifecycle—from initial funnel entry to final deployment and maintenance. Manage complex, multi-region project boards, ensuring milestones are met despite 12-hour time differences.    As a Global Learning & Development Specialist, You Need… BS/BA in Education, Psychology, or a related field. 2+ years of previous Learning and Development experience preferred. High-level proficiency in English. Ability to conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders at all levels, translating vague business problems into clear learning objectives.  Mastery of AI tools for rapid prototyping, storyboarding, content design, and development.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level spoken presentation skills for diverse global audiences. Ability to manage complex project governance and global project boards, ensuring real-time visibility and risk flagging across multiple time zones. Expertise in instructional design methodologies, including navigating the full ADDIE lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Proficiency in visual and graphic design tools to create accessible, high-fidelity digital assets that maximize learner engagement and reduce cognitive load. Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills to partner with global teams and embed cultural nuances into content.
