Job Summary/Mohr Intro.
Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our Administration team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment in Corporate Real Estate.  This position has a high level of visibility within the company and requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.
 
Essential Functions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity as a team player and possess the ability to communicate with external/internal clients and vendors.
  • Responsible for Front Desk operations which include opening/closing duties, maintaining common area, conference rooms, breakroom and other front desk duties.
  • Receive scheduled visitors/clients, organize catering as needed.
  • Answering all calls, screening and transferring calls to the appropriate party.
  • Restocking/cleaning kitchen throughout the day and at the end of day; restocking/cleaning conference rooms after each meeting.
  • Handle any maintenance or repair requests with building management.
  • Maintain organization and supply levels of copy rooms.
  • Assist Brokerage team with travel arrangements, expense reports, invoicing and tour book assembly.
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant for travel, employee events and other duties as needed.
Education & Experience
  • Associates’ degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years Administration experience/1 years’ experience supporting senior corporate executives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate a plus
  • Optional experience: Realcore, Concur, Docusign, CoStar

Physical Requirements
  • 8am-5pm in office
  • Involves work of a general office nature
  • Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
