Job Description
Experience
- Experience in basic statistical software programs and ability to analyze data
Preferred Qualifications

Education
- Master’s degree in a scientific or health-related program and 3 years of experience in clinical research or Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus in epidemiology or biostatistics and 1 year of experience in clinical research
Certification Summary
- Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) within 30 days of employment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good computer skills, including working knowledge of a personal computer and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of date of employment
- Self-directed and motivated to work independently toward short- and long-term goals
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
- Analyzes data, identifies data discrepancies, and researches and identifies causes of discrepancies.
- Performs statistical analysis of numerical data.
- Contributes actively to the development of research protocols.
- Manages complex research projects.
- Determines how research methodologies or tools must be modified.
- Completes literature searches.
- Collaborates on reports and papers and prepares tables/graphs for presentations.
