About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable person in Health Products as well as strong sales experience to join our team to support our agents in selling our expanded health and critical illness insurance product lines.This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing in-depth product training and education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products
- Assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products
- Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements
- Collaborating with the marketing and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success
- Staying up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder with at least 7 years experiences in insurance and financial services with relevant experience in Health & Wellness would be an advantage
- Must possess a sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors information and user feedback to drive sales. With great communication skills to translate consumers’ wants and needs into designs
- Quick learner and can work independently with little supervision
- Good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft office with strong analytical skills.
Others:
- You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2, and 3) or any licenses if your job involves regulated activities
