The Sr. Treasury Management Solutions Specialist is a sales-driven role focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining treasury management relationships to drive deposit growth, product adoption, and recurring fee income. Partnering with Treasury Management Manager, Relationship Managers, and Branch Managers, the Sr. Specialist delivers consultative, tailored treasury solutions by assessing client workflows and identifying efficiencies. The role owns the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solution design to implementation and post-sale relationship management and consistently meets performance goals related to deposits, product penetration, and revenue growth, with a strong field presence across assigned markets.
