About The Position
The Supervisor, Records Management is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the corporate Records Management program (Program).
Key responsibilities include:
● Supervise coworkers who ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including updated corporate retention schedules
● Support and lead Records Management Lean Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts, setting and executing on strategy that aligns the team to positively and progressively contribute towards ASC's overall goals and key measures
● Establish and maintain policies, procedures and monitoring for the Program
● Report to senior management on progress and overall participation in the Program
● Responsible for complete lifecycle management of both physical and electronic records, to include: Capturing records, record coordinators and records custodians, Storage of records in appropriate and secure manner, Retention of records in accordance with corporate retention schedules and compliance, Manage the retrieval and accessibility of records as required, Proper destruction of records that are no longer required, Support and understand legal hold processes
● Facilitate communications, training and change management throughout the organization in support of the Program
● Integrate with Enterprise Content Management efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in a business or technical discipline. Five or more years of related technical or professional experience (e.g. in the field of document/data management and/or compliance, etc.) preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Certification in Records Management preferred (e.g. Certified Records Manager, Information Governance Professional). Electronic document management experience preferred (e.g. Sharepoint, Office 365).
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Working knowledge of Records Management policies and procedures preferred. Excellent problem solving and customer service skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to communicate to small and large audiences across all levels of employees required. Working knowledge of project management skills preferred.

Compensation Range:
$93,200.00 - $144,500.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
