About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our Guest Experience team. This role is responsible for leading guest-centric experiences across the property, ensuring exceptional service standards for VIP and Elite guests, and supporting operational excellence throughout the guest journey.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Front Office systems including Opera, Web Check-In, HotSoS, Go Concierge, and related operational platforms.
  • Review daily arrivals and departures to ensure seamless handling of VIP, return, and special attention guests.
  • Lead Guest Focus Programs including long-stay experiences, milestone celebrations, preference collection, and upselling initiatives.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with operational departments to create and execute guest-centric experiences throughout the hotel.
  • Actively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and personalize service whenever possible.
  • Support Front Office, Concierge, and lobby operations during high-volume periods or operational needs.
  • Lead by example, ensuring the team upholds Four Seasons culture, standards, and guest recognition practices.
  • Maintain accurate guest preferences and profiles to support personalized future stays.
  • Identify opportunities to “wow” guests and create memorable luxury experiences.
