UNICEF is seeking a dedicated, and detail-oriented People and Culture Officer (Compensation and Social Benefits) to join its Policy, Compensation and Social Benefits team in Budapest. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager (Compensation and Social Benefits), this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of UNICEF staff by supporting the delivery and management of social benefits, compensation policies, and staff welfare programmes.Through close collaboration with colleagues across UNICEF, the Global Shared Services Centre, and partners across the UN system, you will help ensure the effective administration of benefits related to health insurance, disability, compensation claims, and other staff support mechanisms.
