COMPENSATION RANGE: $58,000 - $68,000

The Role
As LSM Coordinator, you'll dive into the heart of our marketing initiatives under the guidance of our Senior Marketing Manager. With a mission to amplify our brand, draw in guests, and rev up sales across our locations, you’ll collaborate directly with restaurant operators with support from the Senior Marketing Manager to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the community and local initiatives. With a concrete understanding of MOXIES guests' preferences and behaviors and knowing what they truly want in a dining experience, you'll support the rollout of local and regional campaigns both in-store and online. A Typical Day
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Regional and LSM, The LSM Coordinator will be responsible for:
Assisting in actioning marketing plans, tasks, and deliverables
Working with our in-house creative team to streamline local store campaigns that are on brand
Managing relationships with our Operators, finding ways to optimize local store initiatives, and sharing best practices
Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns that solve common business problems you hear from the field and see in our reporting
Track, report on and evaluate campaigns, providing on-going feedback and recommendations about how to improve execution
Conducting competitive analysis in each region and provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives
Leading LSM budget admin support – including invoicing, tracking, and accounting needs
Managing printer relationships, printer portal inventory and reconciliation
About You
You’re a social butterfly; hands-on and love meeting new people
You’re a time management pro; organized and able to manage multiple projects with changing timelines
You’re a self-starter; you relish the opportunity to identify needs and take initiative to act
You’re a sharp operator who cuts through complexity to streamline workflows and keep the momentum in fast-paced environments
You’re value driven at your core; operating with integrity, honesty, and trust
You love the unknown and can adapt to changes
You’re a great communicator; articulate and confident in front of an audience, including executives, peers, franchise partners and ops teams
You have 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience
Your previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset

Work & Travel
Where will you work? Well, that depends on where you live! If you’re in Toronto, you’ll be considered remote – but there are a few of us in the GTA, so we like to meet on a Moxies patio to connect and collaborate. And if you’re in Vancouver, you’ll work a hybrid schedule out of our head office, located on West Broadway. Some travel across Canada will be required.
