What you'll build
We are looking for an intern who would like to be part of a large IT transformation project aimed at harmonizing SAP Customer Service Support.
In this role, you will support the project team in refining standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) by:
- Creating and maintaining clear work instructions and enablement materials to support adoption of new tools and ways of working.
- Supporting project management activities such as task tracking, cross-team coordination, and gathering feedback from end users.
- Organizing and prioritizing work backlogs to keep project activities on track.
- Helping modernize how documentation is stored and shared, moving from static files toward more scalable and flexible solutions.
What you bring
- Currently studying Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field at university; available for at least 6 consecutive months, with possible extension.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Interest in IT service processes and how large organizations manage IT operations.
- Curiosity about digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms

In this role, you will work closely with the project team, focusing on process documentation and supporting day-to-day project activities.
This position will provide you:
- Hands-on experience in a large-scale global IT project.
- Understanding of how IT service and operations management works in practice.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, a leading IT service management platform.
- Insight into SAP’s internal business processes.
- Practical experience in modernizing a documentation platform.
Start date: June 2026
Duration: 6+ months
