Job Description

The Customer Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting account management activities that contribute to overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
