Job Summary The Training Trainee supports the Training Department in coordinating, organizing, and administering training activities
The role provides practical exposure to training operations while ensuring that training records, schedules, and documentation are maintained accurately
Your activities Support the preparation and execution of induction and onboarding training programs
Coordinate training invitations and follow up on participant confirmations
Book training rooms and ensure all required equipment is available and functional
Prepare training kits, presentations, handouts, and assessment materials
Monitor training attendance and ensure attendance records are accurate
Track training validity and notify departments of upcoming refresher training requirements
Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with training records, certificates, and participant information
Generate training completion reports and dashboards
Assist in preparing monthly training statistics and KPIs
Collect, compile, and analyze training evaluation forms and participant feedback
Support trainers during classroom, practical, and on-the-job training sessions
Assist in organizing examinations, practical assessments, and competency evaluations
Prepare training certificates and maintain certificate records
Ensure training files comply with company procedures and audit requirements
Maintain both electronic and hard-copy training documentation
Coordinate with department managers to identify training needs
Follow up with employees who have overdue mandatory training
Assist in updating training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and training materials
Support the implementation of new training programs and initiatives
Participate in internal audits related to training records and compliance
Help monitor compliance with regulatory and company training requirements
Coordinate with external training providers when required
Maintain confidentiality of employee training records
Provide administrative support to the Training Manager and instructors
Perform any other duties assigned by the Training Department in support of operational and training objectives
Your profile Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
Previous internship experience is an advantage but not required
Strong organizational and planning skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Team player with a proactive attitude
Good command of English and French; Arabic is an asset
