RF Induction Systems Engineer – Crystal Growth & Melting Equipment

Job Summary: Position Summary
We are seeking a RF Induction Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of high-power RF induction melting systems used in advanced crystal growth processes. This role focuses on systems such as skull melting, directional solidification, and related high-temperature processes for oxide, semiconductor, and specialty materials.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RF power systems, resonant circuits, and electromagnetic heating, with hands-on experience in tuning, troubleshooting, and scaling induction systems operating in the kHz frequency range.
