You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, high-quality deployments for new dental practice customers while navigating complex systems, integrations, and real-world IT environments. Acting as both implementer and problem solver, you will bring structure to ambiguous onboarding workflows and ensure every deployment reaches production successfully. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, external IT providers, and clinical staff in dental practices. You will also play a key role in improving onboarding processes, increasing automation, and reducing time-to-live. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your work directly shapes customer experience and operational scalability.
