Job Summary
Supports the implementation of integrated marketing and communications strategies by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers and clinical leaders. Facilitates physician engagement, onboarding and awareness of Prisma Health services and programs. Leads provider profile management, reputation-building efforts and coordination of content and speaking opportunities. Collaborates with the Director and marketing team to execute tactics, track outcomes and support organizational goals, serving as a visible and trusted resource within the organization and community.Essential Functions

Supports comprehensive physician onboarding by delivering a high-touch (“white glove”) experience, participates in provider orientation, introduces Prisma Health culture, facilitates provider integration into the medical group, supports relationship-building, networking and social engagement opportunities, and reinforces early retention strategies.
Manages and maintains provider profiles (e.g., Kyruus), ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with brand and strategic priorities.
Identifies and coordinates content, media, speaking and community engagement opportunities to elevate physician visibility and thought leadership.
Guides physician reputation management efforts by partnering with practices to cultivate positive online reviews, encourage patient feedback and build a sustainable review culture that enhances provider perception and digital presence.
Provide day-to-day tactical support for marketing and communications plans, including coordinating deliverables, maintaining timelines and supporting budget adherence.
Works with analytics and campaign teams to gather and share performance insights, informing continuous improvement and leadership updates.
Collaborates with hospital, physician and operational partners to ensure alignment and coordination across Prisma Health service lines.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to support engagement, communication and overall experience. Monitors, documents and escalates physician feedback and identified opportunities to the Director for follow-up and action planning.
Develops and maintains referral-support tools and resources for use by the Business Development team (does not directly manage referral growth activities).
Travels regularly across system regions to support physician engagement and program initiatives; reliable transportation required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree
Experience - Seven (7) years of health care marketing or account management
